Correct. During the Coming Soon window, these listings are not publicly advertised on the big portals. The only way you get them is direct email delivery from a real estate agent. That’s why this system exists.

How early can I see them?

In many cases, up to 21 days. Sometimes less — it depends on the seller’s plan and the specific listing’s timing. I’ve seen the full 21-day pre-marketing strategy, and I’ve seen shorter windows too.

How will I receive the listings?

By email. You choose: instant alerts, daily at a specific time, or a weekly digest in one clean email.

Can I request specific cities or areas?

Absolutely. Anywhere in Southern California where local Realtor associations provide Coming Soon data. Definitely Los Angeles County — and beyond. If there’s any area that’s limited, I’ll tell you upfront.

Do I have to use Connor as my agent?

No. This is not a commitment. You can just get the listings emailed. If you want me to fight for you as your agent, we can talk.

What should I include to get better results?

Cities/areas + property type are the big two. Price range and “must-haves” (garage, attached/detached) help tighten the list. If you skip filters, I can send everything.
